What is collected

We ask you for nothing. What is collected is what a browser sends automatically every time a page loads:

• Which pages you open, and in what order.
• The device, operating system, and browser you are using.
• An approximate city-level location derived from your IP address — not a precise one.
• The site or link that brought you here.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages get read and where visitors arrive from. We read it in aggregate; we make no attempt to identify you individually.

Google processes this data as a third party and may store it outside Indonesia. You can opt out with Google's official Analytics Opt-out add-on, or by blocking the script in your browser.

Cookies

The site sets two kinds of cookie:

• NEXT_LOCALE — ours, holding nothing but “id” or “en”. Written when you press the language control, so the choice survives. It lasts a year.
• _ga and _ga_… — Google Analytics cookies, used to tell one visit apart from another.

Language and location

When you open the bare address, our host tells us which country the request came from so we can send you to the right language. That country is used once, for the redirect, and is not stored.

Third-party services

Loading this page also contacts a few other services. Each receives your IP address, as any web request does:

• Vercel — hosts this site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google — Fonts for the typefaces, plus Tag Manager and Analytics as described above.
• Amazon CloudFront and images.higgs.ai — serve the video and imagery in the services section.

When you contact us

The WhatsApp and email buttons take you off this site. Once a message is sent, its contents sit with us and with that provider — WhatsApp is governed by its own privacy policy.

We keep those conversations for as long as they are useful for replying and following up.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to the address below and we will answer it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes with it. We do not revise it quietly.
